There will be a charge to cover the monthly cost of the hall + raffle (3rd Friday). This charge is £3 per event, payment on arrival (3rd Friday) or during the event (2nd Friday).
The hall has a max capacity. It holds approximately 70 on the 2nd Friday and 100 on the 3rd Friday. It’s first come, first entry. Once capacity is reached we can not let others in, sorry.
You will be offered a loyalty card on arrival (if you don’t already have one). Stamp on entry and once you have 5 stamps your 6th visit is free
Bring some cash for the above plus for any extra raffle tickets (50p each). You can buy drinks and snacks and also buy and games being sold by others.
No Alcohol. Soft drinks only. Guests found with alcohol will be politely asked to leave. Cans will be available to purchase but feel free to bring your own drinks. There is also free tea & coffee (bring your own mug)
Abusive and threatening behavior will not be tolerated. Don’t be a dick, you WILL be asked to leave.
Respect the property. This is a shared hall used by many groups. Treat it like your home (or if your home is a mess, my home).
Tidy up after yourself and clean it if you make a mess
No cheating.. no cards up sleeves, mirrors or any kind of ‘Rain Man’ activities please….
If you play a game and the group finish, pack it away before moving onto another
What happens at the table stays at the table. Yes someone might make a dick move or win hands down but remember, its just a game.. Tantrums such as throwing dice, game pieces, banging or kicking the table etc will not be tolerated.
